Sifa Marketplace is a marketplace operated by GOBIZ LIMITED, carrying on business under the name SIFA MARKETPLACE, registered in Kenya under Business Number BN-OVS68JY2.

2. Acceptance of these Terms

By accessing or using Sifa Marketplace, creating an account, purchasing products, selling products, or using any service provided through the platform, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use the platform.

3. Marketplace Services

Sifa Marketplace provides an online marketplace through which customers may discover, purchase and receive products and through which approved sellers may offer products for sale.

Product availability, prices, descriptions, delivery estimates and seller information may change from time to time.

4. Customer Accounts

Where an account is required, you are responsible for providing accurate information and maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

You must not use another person's account without authorization or use the platform for fraudulent, unlawful or abusive activities.

5. Products and Sellers

Sellers are responsible for ensuring that products they list are accurately described, legally permitted for sale, appropriately priced and supplied in accordance with applicable laws and Sifa Marketplace requirements.

Sifa Marketplace may review, restrict, suspend or remove listings that violate platform rules or applicable law.

6. Prices and Payments

Prices displayed on Sifa Marketplace are those applicable at the time of purchase, subject to applicable promotions or pricing corrections.

Payments may be processed through supported payment providers, including mobile-money and other payment services made available by Sifa Marketplace.

Sifa Marketplace does not request or store your mobile-money PIN through the marketplace.

7. Orders

Placing an order constitutes a request to purchase the selected products. An order may be subject to availability, payment confirmation, seller confirmation and other applicable requirements.

Sifa Marketplace may cancel or decline an order where there is a legitimate reason, including unavailable stock, payment failure, suspected fraud, incorrect pricing or violation of these Terms.

8. Delivery

Delivery times and charges may vary depending on the product, seller, destination and delivery service selected.

Estimated delivery dates are estimates and may change because of circumstances outside the reasonable control of Sifa Marketplace or the seller.

9. Returns, Refunds and Complaints

Returns, refunds and exchanges are handled according to the applicable Sifa Marketplace return policy, product conditions, seller obligations and applicable Kenyan law.

Customers should report order or product problems through the available Sifa Marketplace support channels as soon as reasonably possible.

10. Prohibited Activities

You must not use Sifa Marketplace to:

• commit fraud or facilitate fraudulent transactions;
• misrepresent products, sellers or customer information;
• upload malicious software or harmful content;
• interfere with the operation or security of the platform;
• access accounts or systems without authorization;
• violate applicable laws or regulations; or
• infringe another person's rights or intellectual property.

Sifa Marketplace's branding, software, website design, content and other platform materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, modify, distribute or commercially exploit Sifa Marketplace materials without appropriate authorization.
